Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 10, 2026

Payme by Insurerity provides institutional payments, collections, payouts, liquidity, and settlement infrastructure. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how we protect it.

1. Information we collect

Account and organization details you provide when requesting access or onboarding: names, work email addresses, organization names, organization type, and country.

Operational data generated through the portal: collections, payouts, settlement records, API key metadata, and portal activity logs used for security and audit purposes.

Technical data such as IP addresses, device and browser information, and usage patterns collected when you visit our site or portal.

2. How we use information

To review access requests, provision and manage client accounts, and operate the portal.

To process and reconcile payment instructions, provide liquidity and settlement reporting, and prevent fraud or misuse.

To communicate with you about your account, service updates, and security notices.

To meet legal, regulatory, and anti-money-laundering obligations that apply to payment services.

3. How we share information

With payment service providers (including MojoPay) strictly as needed to execute collections and payouts you initiate.

With regulators, banks, or law enforcement where required by law or to protect the platform and its users.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Data retention

We retain account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as required afterwards by financial record-keeping regulations. Activity logs are kept for security auditing and then deleted or anonymized.

5. Security

We apply encryption in transit, role-based access controls, row-level data isolation between client organizations, and audit logging. API secrets are stored only as one-way hashes and are shown once at creation.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements. Contact us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised date, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
